Comfortable bed. Staff was helpful. Location good, quiet.

Facility was a bit rundown.

The room was very spacious. The staff were helpful.

The wifi in my room didn't work. My computer and phone could connect to the wifi, but there was no internet until I went to the lobby.

Dirty, door broken.

Only the location where this hotel is located is good. No other benefit I see.

When we entered the room, there was a bad smell, suffocation, and really hard to breathe. Will never recommend someone to stay in this hotel. I paid $272 for two days and that was completely a waste of money.

The room was very dirty I had to clean it myself cause we already paid before hand. I tried so hard to make it work. After the second day I was bit up and down my arm and stomach by BED BUGS. I had to go to the doctor. Then I got up and checked out at 1:48 am cause of the BED BUGS and they had the nerve to only refund me for the remaining days. I was even charged for the night I left. It was very unprofessional and insensitive of them. We had to sleep in the car and get ready for work in the parking lot cause by this time every hotel was sold out. Currently seeking the rest of my money and possibly moving forward with my attorney.

the atmosphere is kinda homey but that is because half the staff lives there. One worker tried to hustle a night out of me needing to do a late checkout. I wouldn’t advise staying if your not a pet owner because the property stinks incredibly bad. there was also someone standing by vending machines asking for money. So glad to be somewhere else

I booked a room for four nights for my kids spring break. During is fortnights nobody knocked on my door for housekeeping. The second night we were out of toilet paper, so I went and had to buy some on my own. Also, after two nights of no housekeeping, I put my trash outside my door because I saw that they were doing housekeeping in the other rooms so I figured they were just pick up the trash since they didn’t wanna knock on my door to see if we needed anything then I got a knock on my door thinking it was housekeeping it was somebody from the front desk .she told me to take my trash back inside my room, or I can take it out to the dumpster myself. This was a very poor service. I had three little kids with me. I did not have the leisure to just run downstairs to the dumpster. Mind you we were put on the second floor and there was no elevator. I’m supposed to go up and down the stairs with my three little kids, and take my trash out to the dumpster, why pay for the room if they weren’t going to help me with anything I’m very upset the way that we were treated in this facility. I have stayed here before and never had any problems but now maybe it’s under new management but for some reason they failed miserably, and I will never stay in this hotel ever again.

Didnt get a king bed like i reserved. Staff wasnt very helpful or knowledgeable about how to check me in to a king room. Free breakfast wasnt set up very well.

I made reservations for King suite. When I arrived in my king suite all of the pillow cases are missing it looked like they forgot that portion which was fine whatever but the bathroom was disgusting look like they had completely missed cleaning the bathroom, the floors are sticky, there was hair and dirt on the walls of the shower, there was dirt in the bathtub, there was hair and dirt on the floor, the bottom of the bathtub was black they need to deep clean all of their bathtubs. I requested to move rooms because of the filth and when I got moved they downgraded me to a queen room and when I call the front desk and asked if my charges were going to reflect the downgrade and room since I originally reserved a king suite I was assured that they would only charge me for the queen regular room. I looked at my bank statement I have been charged for the king suite I have reached out to them several days ago and still have not received any reply at all. The pool looks filthy and the hot tub was definitely disgustingly dirty. Every room I've ever been in at this place all of the bathtubs the bottoms have been black. They need to do a deep clean of all their facilities

walked into a dirty room no towels amenities had clearly been used not replaced dirty floor microwave filthy food splatters all over wall and furniture messaged the motel as we were not comfortable addressing staff as the were not approachable. clearly the housekeepers don’t care and obviously no one inspects the rooms. will nvr stay again,

1) Smells cigarette smoke upon entering the front door 2) Night staff- not smiling. As if we are not welcome. I can read on her facial expression that she is not happy. I dont know if she was just tired, or because we are Asian? Or maybe we arrived late. We arrived around pass 9pm. 3) We booked a non-smoking room just because we have 2 kids with us: school-aged and an infant. but the room smells like cigarette especially the linens! I'm allergic to smoke and dusts and so is my eldest. We came in Baymont feeling great, now my infant is coughing that I need to go to the clinic to seek medical attention. I have sore throat which I usually have whenever I smell/inhale cigarette smoke or dusts, and so does my son. *We did not get the chance to demand for another room just because it was late and we are so tired. We travelled from a far town. 4) I dont know if it's the carpet or the curtain which smells like poop. It stinks. 🤢 5) Fridge door: sticky🤮 6) Bathtub: needs scrubbing, like I dont want to use the bathroom but I need to pee. Grimes on the faucet. 7) Linens: smells cigarette, as if it was not changed. Good thing I brought extra sheets and blankets with us. * my body is tired and wanted to sleep from long hour drive but I slept like around 2am. Just bwcause I keep sneezing and so my son, husband, and my infant😔 8) Breakfast is fair. I demand a refund actually, but it's non refundable. But this inn cost us to seek medical attention.

Better desk help, not friendly, unwilling to help with online registation, probably should find more suitable work for her attitude. Room needs alot of TLC, hall ways had wet carpets from ice machine and increased the opportunity for slipping, and was told now it was an extended stay facility which included school age children roaming the halls, very noisy and rude. This is being used as a residence for school age children as I observed going to and waiting or school bus. It was designated NON-SMOKING, but people entering the building had to pass through an area where smoking was taking place.
