Staff is always friendly and understanding and there to take care of your needs. the manager is excellent and very professional and helpful with hotel guests.

I didn't like the fact they didn't have an ice machine LOL it took a little too long for me with the ice tray. maybe this could be updated soon.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
I was given a room that was already occupied. However the nice lady at the front desk solved the issue by giving me an upgraded room. No extra charge.

The front desk staff and her manager were very friendly, nice and very considerate, and courteous to my requests. Staff was very hospitable and very pleasant.

Yes the breakfast was fine for us. Oatmeal, muffins, coffee.
The location was perfect for the 3 sets of people we visited.
We did not need kitchen facilities but its nice that its there for those who do.
Unfortunately people were smoking inside their rooms. When we came in at night the air in the hallway was terrible. Filled with lots of smoke and hard to breath. I reported it to the front desk the next morning. It still had a smokey smell but not as bad as the night before. They said it is a non-smoking site but couldn't find out who was smoking.
