They gave the wrong room and over book ruined daughters wedding

Nice. Some things looked a bit dated but Everything was clean and stocked as expected.

AC was not working and we couldn’t be switched because they were sold out. they made an adjustment .

NOTHING!!!

Room smelled like mold and all water when we first walked in, the bathroom sink is cracked around the drain, the toilet would not flush it first we didn’t know why, it was because we sat back on the toilet lid instead of leaning forward, there were tiny bugs that I’ve never seen before in the bathroom, we found a roach and some other kind of bug. The staff was unfriendly except for the maintenance man he was very nice.

It was not as good as expected

The bathroom was not up to par. It was not clean had to have someone to come and clean it again. Hair and dirt left in the tub.

That they gave us a bottom floor room so my spouse who's on cruches wouldn't have to walk so far (he had surgery on his foot and was in pain). The room was clean and spacious and quite comfortable.
