I liked that there was no carpet in the room; breakfast was excellent; room was big and bed was very comfortable; room was equipped with an ironing table and also two big drawers for storage. All appliances worked just fine. Cleanliness was excellent.

My room's door lock was broken and it made me feel insecure; not sure why it was like that but it gave me the impression that someone tried to force entry at some point (before I stayed at the hotel). This is something that should be fixed before someone else is assigned to a room. The wardrobe in my room had a weird design, with the hangers hack being too low and too close to the safe, which made it useless for hanging clothes. The bathroom light turns off randomly when you are in the middle of a shower, leaving you in total darkness - such a risk for an accident! During all my stay, whenever I would take a shower I would be in the dark and afraid of slipping/falling when leaving the shower area because I couldn't see anything. Those things could receive more attention and they would definitely make a better experience for guests.

Schönes modernes und sehr sauberes Zimmer. Lage des Hotels ist auch gut. Zimmerservice leider nur einmal bekommen (bei 6 Nächte), aber hat uns nicht gestört, da Ersatz Handtücher vorhanden waren. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Beim Frühstücksbüffet war es manchmal schwierig einen Sitzplatz zu bekommen. Parkgebühren hoch.

actually I have a complaint: there`s been two charges for one night in my AMEX credit card, one for $324.52, suposedly for the night I stayed; and another for 249.52, that I don`t recognize, since there were no incidentials in my one night stay and departure within check out time. Both charges due efective March 12, when I checked out. Please contact propoerty in order to return amount charged in excess.
