It's the first time we stayed at a Drury that we did not get the type of room we booked. They placed us in a smaller room but didn't alter our price. The temperature of the water of the shower was like was at best. When we mentioned this to the "manager" at the desk in the morning, she barely acknowledged our issue before sending us on our way

Nothing to do with Drury itself … some guests did not seem familiar that dogs were allowed … we got some funny looks

Clean rooms, kind staff, nice facilities. I was very comfortable there.

Rooms were clean, good breakfast.
Rooms were dark, small, outdated. Had to pay much more than comparable hotels in the area for poor quality. Felt like I was ripped off. The final straw was when I had to pay $8.00 for two bottles of water that Hampton Inn would have given me for free.

Staff was super Friendly and inviting. We were given a drink voucher and supper was provided with the stay.
As an Adult the Hot Tub, should be for adult guests. When my wife and I went down to look at the pool area, where the hot tub was also located. There were children jumping in and out of it. For something that is used for a relaxation remedy, we had to result to going back to our room for the evening.

That was the most unprofessional the most nastiest Drury I've been to and I've been to a few . The only thing good about the breakfast was the raisin brand. My king suite toilet was messed up my room smelled really bad and the workers did even care.
