The morning manager she was rude and hateful then talking about her life story being retired and her children who wants to hear that after she was rude during check got charged a pet fee when the night time manager said no fee since the per was a service dog I have my paper work for service dog and was still charged I told her and she did not listen it against the law I will be reaching out to a professional

Ran out of breakfast long before time.

Everything was great from customer service to the cleanses, the breakfast.

It was dirty. Gross.

it was clean and quiet.

I guess because it’s a smoke free facility there was always people sitting in there vehicle possibly smoking. It just made very unnerving.

I was really pleased with everything. The room was very clean. The staff were for the most part very friendly but the.night and overnight desk managers were the best. The breakfast was delicious and very varied. A great mix of hot and cold options.

The only thing that I didn't really like initially were the pillows because they were smaller than I'm used to but I did get used to them after the first couple of nights.

sink was not working. It drain every slow

the front desk rep name Carl . he was rude & didn’t believe me when I said my keys didn’t work , he said I just didn’t know what I was doing so he went back to my room with me , once he seen the key didn’t work for him either he said we were in big trouble bc the keypad battery went dead & he said he didn’t know how we would get our belongings , finally we got in & were able to switch rooms after waiting for him to do it on his time . also he was telling guest depending on his mood he would wave the deposit. so basically don’t piss him off or don’t treat him like he is not human. he was just VERY unprofessional! but the other workers I met were AMAZING! & the room was beyond clean
