Just about everything. Very understaffed, not clean. My teenage daughter and friend were afraid to stay in their room because they saw what looked like blood on the door and carpet. Staff was not very friendly and often hard to understand. When we woke up the next morning there was someone sleeping on the hallway floor outside our room.

Staff (the manager) went around knocking on room doors around 10:15 am to get people out. Check out was at 11am. Definitely felt like I was being kicked out of my stay. Not sure why they felt this was necessary. Also was ignored by the front desk for about 10 min before I was helped to check in.

Nothing honestly

Facility was dirty in the rooms and out, no staff on hand during long stretches of time, the room air conditioning wouldn't stay consistently on and despite setting a target temperature it basically only brought the temperature down a few degrees. The closet shelving also was busted.

it wasn’t clean, not enough towels, no toilet paper and is extremely old room. they offered free breakfast, but there is not breakfast.

This property is old and outdated and smells bad! The rooms claim to be completely ada compliant but are not!! Bathtubs in each bathroom are standard with no shower bench! I specifically called this place to ask all questions about their accommodations and was promised that the showers were ada compliant with a bench!! I had to get rude with the lady behind the desk because her argument was “the rest of the room is ada right” so I asked her how she’d feel not bathing for 8 days! I was met with the manager a day later to apologize and then offered a room that was under construction to be completed with a roll in shower by the end of the day after I’d already completely unpacked my belongings.

The bed was comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were in a good state of repair.

The first thing was a bad odor as soon as you open the door to the room that I could not remove with febreeze. The kitchenette's table was dirty. The top of the refrigerator was very dirty and does not look like it had been cleaned in a very long time. The carpet in the room had several stain in it and needed to be cleaned. I found a woman's night cap that a woman would wear while sleeping under the pillow of the couch. The inside of the drawers were nasty and dirty. There was no cover to the battery compartment for the remote control for the TV. This was Room 343.

The bed was comfy

my room was just okay, The toilet was stopped up, The inside of the toilet had rust. The tub was chip is several places and it was very long blonde in the bathroom and in the sink.

Dubble charge my stay and not responding

The breakfast was ok. The location was close to restaurants.

The toilet is way too low to the ground. I have a knee replacement and it was very painful to crouch down to such a low toilet. I feel this toilet was made for Elementary school children. In the future, the toilet should be higher off the ground.

Quick reservation. Polite front desk person. We're able to bring our cat. Plenty of room for a quick overnight stay.

My children collected a film of grime on the soles of their bare feet. The entire room needed some TLC.

The lay out of the room was nice

The bathroom was old. Tub needs resurfaced. Toilet not clean. I had a studio with no dishes coffee maker pots or pans in the room. I asked for these things and was told they didnt have a complete set, what specifically did I want. I was going to be handed a dish drainer with the items in it to carry to my room myself. I was leaving for the day for the event I was attending. The male who works the day shift was argumentative with me to the point that I had to say this conversation is over and I literally had to turn and walk away from him. Unacceptable to treat a paying guest this way.
