Adjacent to outdoor mall with no department stores…only specialty shops.

The staff are excellent - always friendly and always greeted with a welcoming smile. They also attended to all my request. We didn't use any room service or house keeping but it wasn't necessary.

The room - I think the room I stayed in (219) is probably the worst room in the entire hotel. The window opened to a row of air conditioners and there was constant humming. The screen on the window was also partially detached.

Close to the Aquarium.

No chair in my room. When required an office chair i got a banquet chair very uncomfortable. I’m disabled and they had a manual front door. It was challenging to stay at those high prices. I’ll never return unless i get some of my stau refunded. I’m not happy.

The location was nice, close to the beach. I liked the fact that you needed to use your key card to access whatever floor you needed to go to via the elevator. That made me feel very safe.

Our rooms view was the back of another building so that was not pleasant. Also the hotel does not have their own parking therefor we had to use a shopping center parking garage and the fee was outrageous. Next issue the air conditioner in our room did not work good at all. Last and the absolute worse issue was that our mini fridge in our room did not work at all so the food and drinks we had in it were warm and spoiled. ** and I was charged a $75.00 deposit fee that still has not been returned to my card

Doesn’t have own parking lot, or at least a complimentary designated parking space for hotel quests that has room reservation.

The location was perfect! Close to tons of shopping, right across from the water. There was even a restaurant inside of the hotel that offered a full menu, bar and coffee bar with barista + different breakfast sandwiches, etc. My highlights of the hotel itself was the comfort of the room, the rooftop pool and so random but the water dispenser by the elevator (so smart and helpful).

Parking was not ideal. There’s a huge garage right beside the hotel however they will not validate and so each time you take your car out you have to pay the fee.

The staff was wonderful.. the lounge was nice . The room was ok. Bed was comfortable and the shower was nice.

I didn't like that I paid for a hotel with a rooftop pool and I couldn't use it due to a private event . I feel that should be displayed in advance. Part reason for my stay at that location,was to have access to the pool. It ruined my stay. Plus I didn't care for the location of the microwave. For the price yall have to do better. Microwave sitting on a table leaning to the side. Unexpected and tacky.

The pool and bar is great! The hotel is very clean and located in a great spot!

Location thats it…

Our room wasn’t made up when we returned from a day out. We had to call for towels on our first night. The body wash dispenser was empty. There were no sheets on the pullout bed we had to call for that. In the elevator area on the second floor there were giant food crumbs on the floor that weren’t cleaned for 2 days. I know somebody that works there saw it but I guess no one cares. I will never stay or recommend someone to stay at this hotel.
