Loved the set-up of the room. Loved the couch & kitchen. Bed was very comfortable

The shower was horrible. The water was either scalding hot or freezing cold. I had to stand to the side of the water stream & rinse off in ice cold water. There was a bottle of shower gel, but it was empty. So I had to get out & go find a bar of soap. The room was kinda dirty & old. I expected better for the price. And they were renovating, but no one bothered to mention this, and we still paid the same price.I would think for the price we paid, they would have warned us about this when we booked.

Its an old property with a serious need of an upgrade or the front desk lady didn’t like us

Comfortable rooms, good location, walkable to downtown

Staff at breakfast and housekeeping not friendly and not good. Breakfast could have been better. We stayed 4 days, the waffle maker only came out once

The staff are super friendly and helpful.

The bed and pillows are both super soft, so if you’re used to something a little firmer may be uncomfortable.

Friendly staff and the property is very clean.

Location

The charge for parking was $20 a night, not mentioned when booking the room, so you are forced to pay the amount added to your bill. The room was carpeted and in need of updating as areas were frayed. The bathroom floor was also in need of repair, and the shower head kept on draining.

I had to wait 20 mins for shower gel. So I was just standing in the shower. Had to call twice and the was not working in the room. Also tv remote was not working in the room

That the parking garage was private!! And A/C was perfect and strong!!

I have no complaints

The free breakfast was a nice touch, and I loved how big the rooms were (mine even included a kitchen!) The beds were comfortable, the area was safe and offered some great restaurants nearby.

The pool wasn't as expected and could have been better maintained.

I was not allowed to check in and wasted my money because that charged me a CDL fee

The check in process was horrible and I was not given a Room because my id was not accepted.

the TV and the breakfast were not that great

great location, great staff, very friendly.

the only thing I didn’t like was the Outside Noise. on the side of the main road, we staid on the first floor and we literally heard every car driving/speeding off. The sirens of the ambulances were non stop all night but other than that it was great.
