The food was a plus
The elevator didn't work properly. I reported it two times. The staff acted as if it was the first time they heard it...meaning it wouldn't be fixed.

Easy to get to.
The suite we stayed in was facing the pool. So the entire wall of windows in the bedroom was lit up with dusk to dawn lights ALL NIGHT LONG!

I had a wheelchair accessible room with plenty of space to get around.
I would have liked a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

nowhere on the website does it say that above and beyond the 40 pet fee there is also an additional $50 hold for “incidentals”. Due to a prior accident on our road trip our travel became extremely tight and we became worried we would have the funds to make it home. While we did, it did cause us much worry. on your website there should be a clear explanation of this policy.

Location was great. Food and happy hour is greatly appreciated, as ladies alone we did not have to leave the hotel for food or drink.
could have a discount for those there for health care at the local hospital, which is just down the road .

The beds were super comfy it was very clean room they had the ac already on so the room was nice and cool the breakfast was super good.
The soap in the bathroom it's just some generic soaps and I didn't care for them at all. Huh
