location, price was reasonable, housekeeping staff helpful and pleasant, what casino staff we could find were nice

desk staff was not informative or helpful at check in, had to ask . . where to park, about elevator key, where to walk dog etc etc etc there was a water leak and no restaurants available !!! made no effort to give us bottled water or suggest place to get food carpeting could use a good cleaning in hallways . . landscaping could use a spruce up and trash clean up

Place was out dated, furniture was old and all nicked up, carpet is very wore out, and stained, walls are dirty.

Great place and price. Staff was great. Great location.

I dont like the smoke in the casino, also I think you should have more places to eat. When you have to wait 1.5 to 2 hours to get a hamburger that is alittle over the top. What happened to the buffet that use to be there?

Our room was in the old tower and there has been no upgrades except maybe the rooms carpets in the halls looked old and dirty smelled of cigarettes requested a mini frig for the room at booking had to ask two more times just about all the restaurants are closed except the real expensive one other wait time ridiculous if you stay in the old tower you cant enter the new one with your room key seems like you should be able to it's the same place

You can hear the elevator going up and down!!!! Rented room for the jacuzzi. I don’t believe the first one was ever cleaned. Black specks came from the lines and filled the water and stained the sides of the tub. After 3 attempts of filling with water and emptying and cleaning , I called the front desk. They offered for housekeeping to come clean which I declined then offered another room. It was fine in the next room but the mini fridge had food left over that smelled so terrible I had to take it out of the room. Very disappointed considering the price I paid for the room.
