Being charged twice for the stay

There was no breakfast. The excuse was that it was cancelled during COVID and never re-instated. That just sounds like cost-cutting and poor service to me.

The property needs refreshing. Even a coat of paint would help. The biggest issue was that the shower didn’t work at all - no water came out. The faucet was loose and was also grungy looking. The surface can no longer be polished so it just looks dirty and unattended to.

We had left the room to eat breakfast. When we came back the room had already been stripped by the maid. We hadn't checked out of the room yet. Also needed more outlets next to the bed to plug in necessary machines for sleeping.

Great location, easy access to room from parking.

Staff was very slow and very hard to understand. Room was dated and had nothing but an ice bucket. No cups like most Wyndham properties. Cheaper motels in area are far superior.

The night auditor was super friendly when we checked in and he even stopped by the room a bit later to make sure things were working and satisfactory. The morning employees were the same. The lady made sure things were good when we checked out. Super Experience!!!

.Manager was very helpful and friendly. He let me check in a bit early. Quiet property. I would definitely book this hotel again

The price was decent.

The room was closest to the highway so traffic noise about all night. A radio or TV was on all night in a room close by.

The staff are rude. Over priced and dirty

we had a breakdown while traveling and the staff was awesome where to go eat have drink and even take care of some special requests for us as we travel with medications and things that need refridgeration

we stayed in a smoking room and when thse are available usually smell very tuff as far as smoke goes just would have likes some febreezr or odor eliminators but did not want to complain at all as everything was excellant as far as staff goes
