Definitely NOT worth the $200 that we were charged

Run down, stains on the walls, just gross

It was close to interstate

I have been filed with bed bugs bites and they didn't even tried to move us

The hotel housekeeping staff was working very well and very good.but but the management could be a little bit better than they were

Beds were very comfortable. Went to Magnolia Market and their restaurant. Check in was easy.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful. pre-planned the trip to Waco and the hotel met our expectations. They recently had the paint work done on the exterior. Looks good.

The room is horrible, dirty. There was no pillowcase on the pillow, mold on the ceiling over the tub. It was just awful. This is the worst room I have ever reserved. Will never come here again. Would like a refund.

The room was clean, the beds had been updated the location was good

Property very old, pool full of pond scum and a black plastic liner, attempting to remodel the outside and the pool. but definitely shouldn’t be listed on booking not the quality of others normally on this site. Most guests were road and windmill workers who smoked outside parking lot littered with cigarette butts. Terrible smell when checking in of Indian food and it permeated the outside from the people who live there management or owners. None of this was mentioned on booking the terrible look of the outside my daughter and I were a little uneasy to stay there will not again. Obviously trying to bring back an old old motel should not be listing until completed. Busy graduation weekend in Waco there wasn’t much left , I would have rather postponed our trip but once we were there and out of cancellation period we were each a 100 miles from home so relegated to stay there so we tried to make the best of it. Please rate these or check them out before putting them on Booking.com.

The staff were nice.

The air did not work all night so we ended up not sleeping much.

Pet friendly is important for my choice of hotel. Staff very nice and assisted me quickly when I mentioned phone was not functioning and the room phone was inoperable. Great customer service.
