Location on the river front. Ample parking. Large comfortable bed. Quiet.

Not really a "Hotel" as there is no restaurant or bar. This is a business B&B. Breakfast very poor in a hopelessly undersized breakfast room with only about 5 tables. Room facilities very minimal. Total price and cost of parking too high for the B&B quality of facilities and basic room. We chose this hotel partly for location, partly for parking and partly for close proximity of Wilmington trolley bus. Regrettably it seems that the trolley bus is no longer running.

It was very clean and well managed the people that worked. There were excellent all the way down from the check-in people all the way down to the woman that did the breakfast which was excellent by the way.

The property was perfect

Nice big room. Great view. Comfortable bed. Nice hot shower with good water pressure.

The bed had a little strange odor on one side/ head section . Maybe mildew? Spilled milk?

Our room was very clean and had a fantastic view of the river. Hotel was in walking distance to the Live Oak Pavilion where we went to see a concert. Would stay there again for sure.

Truly pet friendly, even an off leash excersise area right outside room.

Ants were everywhere in the room, evidently breaker turned off to room until just prior to checkin. Fridge and room were hot, fridge not cool until next day. Coffee pot in room extremely nasty, no where to get a cup of coffee except between hours of 7 and 10 in the morning and then only on 3rd floor.
