The location was great for us and the restaurant on site had great meals. The bedding and towels were clean.

There are no concessions for ADA. There is a 4" step up into each of the units and there are NO grab bars in the bathroom for either the tub or the non-comfort height toilet. I was told that the "handicapped accessible" room had a wide enough doorway to accommodate a wheelchair but there is no way a wheelchair could get up that 4" step into the rooms.

Cheap hotel, easy access off freeway. Parking was included. Breakfast vouchers for the truckstop, but we did not use them.

VERY DIRTY ROOM, clearly not regularly cleaned, nor cleaned well at all. Worried the shower was going to stop working while in it or that I was going to fall through the floor, shower also had ridiculous pressure and leaked all over floor even with shower curtain. Clearly a room for individuals on a budget, like truckers, single travelers, or someone looking to live in a hotel temporarily. Neighbors were obviously on hard drugs, and up all night. Never staying again. Worried my car was going to be broken into all night.

Close to freeway

Older motel online makes it look like it is a newer travel lodge. Beds were very old and it had that old motel smell. Front desk was closed had to knock on door to get the two people to answer they were trying to ignore us.

Breakfast was good and the people staying there were not junkies or meth addicts which was great. The cleaning was top notch and despite the retro condition of the room everything was cleaned throughly. The staff were friendly enough and very accommodating. The AC worked well and pool was cold which is perfect for a hot weekend. Everyone there were quiet and no loud music or noise. There is Wifi and it is strong. Plus there's some cool places to go and explore nearby.

The steak should be steak and not a hamburger patty. That being said, this is a truck stop and not the Ritz-Carlton so don't be expecting Gordon Ramsay levels of cuisine. The hot tub was broken and it's dirtiness was affecting the pool next to it. The smoking rooms do have a funky smell but that's not really avoidable. The bathroom door wouldn't close unless you lifted up on the door. And they didn't have the Do Not Disturb Signs to hang on the doorknob to warm staff not to enter

Didn't provide requested shower chair. They didn't sell any personal needs (toothpaste, advil etc)at the office. Beds and linens were old and dated. Toilets didn't flush all the way. The attached restaurant was subpar.

the water coming out of the shower and into the tub was golden brown. looked unsafe to bathe in. enough to where I googled water reports for Halsey.

Location and kind staff

Cable was intermittent, lots of stomping, loud buzzing noise and strange smells.

The water was reddish brown. Couldn't even brush our teeth or shower.

Great deal for breakfast. Lots of good food to choose from. The bar/saloon is close to the room.

A bigger TV screen would be nice. More windows in the rooms.

The rooms smelled like cat urine mixed with cat spray. I learned that Meth smells like cat urine. The bathroom door didn't close all the way. The floor was uneven. Learned the hotels on a well system and dirt clods with occasionally come through the bath. Also room was HOT, AC was not turned on, eventually cooled down. And both bedside lamps were burned out.
