Lost $ at casino So thought I would try my luck at the vending machine up by my room seen a couple of bags of chips stuck thought if got 1 or 2 they push was wrong lost 7 $in there too so no luck any machines

The room was nice but the bed was horrible I couldn't even hardly get out of bed cause of my back

The elevators and carpets were very dirty in the hotel area they need cleaned badly

Comforter was dirty. Liquid makeup from previous person was still on mirror. Empty toilet paper roll left on toilet paper holder. Staff did not know hours of buffet and gave incorrect information. Disappointed there was no microwave or coffee pot in room.

Reasonably clean, kind of. Staff on duty warmed up eventually. Really nice shower stall.

Staff was mediocre, but not too bad. Reservation was messed up, but she quickly fixed it once I showed her on my phone. She was not very welcoming at first, but eventually warmed up. Hot tub closed. No form of continental breakfast, which is unheard of at the room expense. As my scale indicates, it was a place to crash, but not much else. No microwave, no breakfast.... expect to pay for a 4.5 start hotel with the amenities of a Motel 6 (and even they usually offer a little breakfast as you leave). Also should add that the chair in my room looked like it was stolen from a trap house. I wouldn't sit on it or place any of my luggage on it, which then made me wonder exactly how clean the rest of the room was. Couldn't imagine paying over $100 a night for a room that had a ratty, filthy looking chair in it. I am not really that hard to please when it comes to overnight stays at a hotel while traveling, but this was more than a little disappointing, especially considering there is a casino. They usually are the nicer ones.

The staff were all helpful and kind.

No microwave , coffe pot or kleenex in the room.

It was a very long walk to the casino from the motel for an elderly person. However the staff was very accommodating. They brought a wheel chair to take a family member back and forth.

Highway Access.

Mildew smell throughout the whole floor. receptionist very crude when greeting customers. “what can I do for you” whenever you appeared at the desk for assistance.
