Went for dinner at on site resturant to find it closed

The interlinking doors there is no privacy you can hear the next room talking clearly and there TV all night very rough night when trying to get a restful sleep not comfy beds to hard and went to make coffee in the morning and a empty coffee bag tells me someone isn't doing there job properly

The location was close to the river.
There was no breakfast with the room. And their heater fan is loud and turns on that night about every 5 mins. Not very relaxing sleep. Also short of help and lounge was closed early.

Unfortunately I was charged extra $20 just for a change of room which I had arranged for ahead of time. So I was not happy about that.
