housekeeping wasn’t done cleaning room 2 hours after check in time. they switched our rooms 4 times before finally finding one that had been cleaned, but it was a room with 2 beds when we booked for a king

The location was good, and the price was reasonable. The lady who checked me in was very nice and welcoming. I appreciated the wide doors in the room for my wheelchair, and the rails for transferring were very helpful. The room had a small refrigerator and microwave.

Since it was a disability room, I expected a roll-in shower or a seat in the tub for bathing. I was not able to get in and out of the bathtub from my wheelchair. My sister wore slippers, but her feet were sticking to the floor. It was not clean. Three of four electrical plugs did not work. I tried to plug in a phone charger and was shocked three times. Finally left the phone in the bathroom to charge.

Very friendly host and location.

Shower had mold buildup and I would not use it. There was a towel hanging on the bathroom door that had been used by a previous guest and was dry and stiff. The A/C thermostat was irregular so we nearly froze. No extra blankets to stay warm. I stayed here for the high rating. I will not stay again.

The location was good and I appreciated the free WiFi and breakfast.

The room was terribly dirty. The sheets were stained and full of hair and dirt. They obviously weren’t cleaned prior. Room service did not come to make the beds during my stay. There was also cockroaches in my room that I had to kill and dispose of.

Nothing at all for the price. Ghetto at it's finest. People living literally. Outside appearance was disappointing. FELT VERY UNSAFE.

I’ve been ill and we haven’t had fresh towels yet, but have booked a fourth night for 12/28/22. Also, the parking lot is full of trash, which is a shame.

booked 2 months ahead with the “free cancellation” option. my wife gets there for our little girls soccer tournament weekend at 9:45pm and they cancelled our room without charging my card or contacting us. my wife and 3 kids are couple hrs away from home with nowhere to go at 10pm at night while I’m in a whole different state. just horrible. they said the reason is so they could “upcharge” other people due to it booking up for tournament. wow that’s why I booked way ahead

The room smelled musty, the door was difficult to lock and the listing stated "Breakfast Included" there was NO BREAKFAST. False advertising is a crime.
