Received a smoking room because I had a pet. My children and I are very sensitive to cigarette smoke and caused our allergies to act up making it hard to breathe. The tub and sink did not drain at all. And the room was freezing cold even with the heater on. The comforter on the sheets looked as if it had not been washed since the motel opened and even some of the pillows and towels had brown stains.

The LVP flooring was a nice touch. I dislike carpet it’s good to see places finally getting from it.

All linen was stained with various different things, and I mean every towel, sheet, comforter. It was quite gross. Also getting in out of the parking lot was slightly dangerous/inconvenient.

The bed was comfortable.

It was in a sketchy area, the bathroom was dirty it looked like the toilet was not cleaned after last guest. The continental breakfast was a joke.

It was quiet, we were not hothered by staff or other customers at all.

The breakfast was trash. The "juice" was lightly colored water at best, the waffle mix they give you was actually SOUR, there was no meat/protein option available at all. If somewhere is offering free breakfast I shouldn't have to go to mcdonalds. They offer sodas and various drinks/snacks at the desk, but for some reason those are cash only? sure there's an ATM outside, but I'm not paying an ATM fee and getting out a whole $20 for a canned coke.

the seal was hanging out of the shower handle, the shower handle wouldn’t turn properly and it was difficult to regulate the temp of the water. the towels and rags were stained and dingy. the bedsheets had soiled places.

I don't think there was anything I liked

The room was nasty mirrors was so nasty you couldn't see in them the sheets had blood on them

Staff was great

Little noisey and a draft around door but overall a great place.

It was close to my relatives, parking and check-in was convenient.

The property had a general run down appearance. The front door looked like it had been beaten with a baseball bat.
