Despite the fact that I had the " do not disturb" sign on my door, the housekeeper, an Indian guy, knocked on my door twice between 9a and 10a interrupting my much needed sleep, so after the 2nd time, I went to him in the hallway gave him my dirty towels and asked for clean ones, then I clearly and nicely asked him not to come to my room again because we didn't need anything else, he said ok. But then a little before noon he knocked on the door again and pushed the door all the way open, just as we were saying we didn't need anything and my husband was standing by the bed naked! Fortunately, I was still in bed covered up. I don't think that housekeeper knows proper etiquette about people's privacy. I doubt that I will ever stay at this hotel again! #One bad apple spoils the bunch#

the front desk lady sat down for 15 min the lobby before even getting up helping anyone in the line. when she did she very rudely told everyone that there would be no rooms for the next 2 hours after check in time which is at 3:00pm she didn’t know for sure to just come back in a few hours. I asked her nicely to call the house keeper to get an estimate time because I had 2 toddlers with me and needed to check in at my reserved time that I paid for. she got aggressively angry and told me oh well. she sat and argued with others that was waiting. she did not give a number to speak to manager above her she said good luck getting a hold of anyone else. the rooms pillows was dirty the towels had holes in them the covers was stained! it did not smell clean it was literally the worst experience I was legit so tired long day with 2 Toddlers that I did not have the energy to deal any further with these ppl I wanted to extend my stay but I just went else where. I will never return here and hope this place truly go out of business

The air wasn't adjustable and the refrigerator 3 making way too much noise

fast and easy check in room was extremely clean, it had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker the pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable breakfast was delicious! they had eggs, croissant with egg ham and cheese, yoghurt, cereal, fruit and fresh juice. coffee and tea were complimentary overall excellent stay and will make sure to stay here again if ever in the area!
