Disgusting. Not clean.

Horrible how unclean the room and bathroom was.

Honestly I think for the price it was great

Absolutely nothing, this place was uninhabitable and I didn't end up sleeping there because it was disgusting and I was afraid.

This place was the most disgusting place I have ever entered. It was so dirty there is no way anyone cleaned it. I was looking for a dish towel and looked under the sink and there was a bag with leftovers from Canes under there. it was filthy and uninhabitable and I was afraid to go to the office to complain because the people that work there are sketchy! Every corner of the room had years of dirt piled up in it and when I moved the night stand to look for a plug for charger there was digusting stuff under the night stand. The owner had to have a sign posted that said he gave the Orange County Sheriff jurisdiction on the property. I will attach pictures and will be contacting Booking.com by phone, they should not be referring their customers to this place, it isn't even safe. There were no amenities in the kitchen and the TV didn't work.

where to begin. I wasn’t expecting much for a 2 star hotel. the things I was fine with. horrible falling apart building, broken tv that didn’t work. bad construction building. the issues I had that I felt were unacceptable were during the weeks stay the constant fighting that the other tenants were having that you could hear through the paper thin walls. one of which I almost had to call the police because I thought the guy was going to kill the girl. before the person calmed down and left. screaming in the night midnight to 4 am f**k this and that. total domestic despites. constant screaming fights. the sheets that were balled up and look like they were 20 years old. the pillow that smelled like some one died on it. I’m not sure the sheets were washed before. I slept in a sleep bag the whole time. the sketchy people always in and out looking like they were doing meth deals. the pot smoking circles from people all night. the two inch gap under the door where cig and weed smoke would leak into the room. the 15 min of hot water In the shower. when it wasn’t cold water. the broken safety chain on the door from what appears to be someone breaking into the room previously. a constant general feeling of being unsafe.

Convenience of location next to pier.

Had to park a block and a half away due to limited parking. A/C heater unit did not work, toilet was not cleaned from previous resident. No toilet paper on roll and extra roll under sink was wet so stuck together. Door did not lock properly, had to force door open and would not dead bolt. TV remote was inop and the batteries in it had bled acid so it didn’t work. Unit 317.

Thin walls, dirty room, roaches,

Staff was exceptional! Location was perfect! Grounds we're kept up and our full kitchen made it so convenient. Definitely will be back.

That we couldn't stay longer and wish I asked for a bath tub.

Yes the staff that worked with Josh was great the facility is pretty ran down nothing more than just doing his hard work when we stay there it was great the betting was good property was good other than the hospitality from the owners was not.

The staff I like very well Joshua's a great Management on the property the staff that works for him is wonderful as well.

Staff, As they got let go. Sad mistake .Josh worked so hard to keep toilet paper , soap clean linen as well cleaning supply's for staff. Why do you have no linen service?.

The location of hotel was great, near shopping, food and the beach.

The room was not ready when we arrived well past the check in time, the staff was kind and did the best they could to get the room ready. This hotel had many year round tenants, so more of an apartment build rather than a hotel space, this made an uncomfortable stay as residence where hanging out at their "home". The room was fine, not fancy but had a bad smell from the sinks in the kitchenette, we bought bleach to put down the drains and an air-fresher that helped mask the smell.

Breakfast was provided by manager himself fresh amazing donuts

The staff at this hotel are very attentive. I even thought he was the boss.But after I talked to him, I found out that he is just a hotel employee. The room was small but cozy.

The facilities of this hotel are very old and I think the owner should repair and replace the facilities in the winter when it is not busy. When the number of guests increases next spring, they will not face too many problems. Because they have such a good location and such the good staffes, I really hope their business will be better.
