The breakfast was very good. Excellent coffee.

You can tell it’s older but still very nice and I like that. Will stay here again for sure. Side note if you have a bigger vehicle you will not fit in there parking garage.

Breakfast was good and the location was good as well. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

The thermostats in the room where on motion sensors so if you were gone for a period of time they would default to 74 degrees no matter what you set them too. So when you returned to the room it would take a while for the room to cool down. Plus there is only 2 elevators for the entire hotel and are very small.

It was on the River Walk. The room was large. The breakfast and Kickoff (3 free drinks plus a light dinner) we’re perfect for us. The staff was friendly and helpful.

their parking was made for small sedans, not my truck. If you have a bad back, hips or shoulder issues, do not stay here, the beds are lumpy and soft. The sofa bed squeaked so much our grandson found the floor to be a better option. The in room fridge froze everything solid in about 8 hrs. The balcony overlooked a narrow ally below and the wall of a building. No view whatsoever. For the price I paid, I'm pretty sure that Hotel 6 would have been a better option.

our rooms were right next to the entrance to the parking garage which was awful at night. Slamming doors and very loud talking

I love this hotel is it smaller. We have stayed here for years. We’ve been in the suites with our children, and when we travel alone, we stay in the king suites. beds are always comfortable, but I feel like this time everything was a bit dirty. the drinks at kick back were terrible. every time I called the front desk no one answered.

prices were higher than usual. front desk staff was ehhh not the best service this time.

The street in front of the hotel was loud at night when sleeping (loud cars, yelling, etc).

The location was perfect. The staff were exceptional and absolutely the best staff we have dealt with in any lodging location. The room was very clean. The beds and pillows were wonderful. I would absolutely staff here again if in that area. They offered a very good breakfast and free light fare and drinks every night.

Some times we would press the button for the elevator to get us and neither would move. We would have to wait longer to press the button again for it to finally move.
