very clean , location

heat didn’t work at all , got down to 25 the night we stayed , only coffee in room was decaf , when we went to breakfast we maid 2 coffees and got yelled at by the cook , he said we can’t have that coffee and he would bring us some , I let him know we got no coffee in are room . he then scolded 3 other customers for this , please put a note up . Then as we were going to leave the motel my wife for got her cell phone in the room , when we went to front desk no one was there , it was well after nine the time there were to be there . Very rough stay

The Facility was amazing, The staff was delightful and the breakfast was beyond expectations. The location was better than hoped for and the room was very comfortable. I hope to stay here again very soon.

Nothing to add here. The place was very clean, Very close to where we wanted to be and there is nothing bad to say.

Breakfast was amazing! Our room had a back door which was really awesome as well.

The lighting in the living room was way too dim. There are no windows in it, so there needs to be at least one floor lamp.

The breakfast was limited and mundane. We have enjoyed better at a Days Inn, not what you would expect from a B&B.

Our room was next to the back door. The room would have been better suited to the people with the 2 large dogs. We were there two sleepless nights. Between the dogs going in and out so often, the other guests coming and going, including the drunk guests, our sleep was constantly interrupted. We asked for the fire pit to be turned on but it never was.

The Gilbert Inn is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The breakfast was very tasty and the location is perfect! We will stay again!

Our room was beautiful and the bed was super comfy but there is no place to sit in the room except for the bed. This didn't work for my spouse as he has back issues. A chair in the room would have made is stay much more comfortable for him. But I would stay again but bring a folding chair for the room.

Property was centrally located. Room was cozy but cute with an ocean view. Breakfast to order was delicious. Friendly staff.

the toilet ran all night. Maintenance fix it first thing in the morning. no other issues

loved the history/inn was very clean/breakfast was amazing/location was perfect for all activities

A lovely historic building, warm and inviting. Breakfast good and we liked the pre ordering system and table service. Bed was comfortable and everything very clean. 👍

The room was very clean and the young man at the front desk was helpful and friendly

The room smelled like wet dog, the water smelled and tasted like old pipes, the sofa bed had a very thin mattress and squeaked all night when my daughter would move. The man in the kitchen was super rude and even yelled at us for trying to use the keurig.

breakfast was not as described. website mentions quiche and French toast, fresh scones. this was more traditional hotel buffet breakfast. teenagers at desk had little to no interest and clearly were more intrigued with their phones than guests. someone turned on some sort of industrial fan at 7:30 that woke both my partner and I up. it was very loud and vibrated our entire room.

ADORABLE! If you are a lover of historic homes, this is a must see place!
