The cleanliness of the property was good. Easily located off the interstate. Comfortable suite.

Disturbed by noise above as we were located in ground floor and endured unreasonable noise from above into early hours of morning. Staff did manage the situation when approached.

The staff was outstanding. The fitness room exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was a great benefit to have.

The contact number calls the Hilton call center, I would have preferred to talk to the front desk when I called but couldn't find a number.

Fireplace/heater in room didn’t work

Beds were comfortable , rooms were clean, pool was nice, staff were very friendly and had great interaction with my children!

The rooms are big and spacious. comfortably fit my family of 5. Kids loved the indoor pool. Rooms were very clean. Beds were super comfortable

Breakfast needs to be extended until at least 10 in the morning. Some people are on vacation and want to sleep in and rest. I don’t like having to get up and rush to breakfast with 3 kids when we are away to relax.

The free breakfast is always well done. We’ve stayed here at least 20 nights in the past 6 months and the breakfast is a real plus.

Two things we don’t like about the hotel is that the floors seem extremely squeaky. we can always hear people walking on the floor above our room. The second issue is housekeeping. This hotel does not offer daily housekeeping unless you request it. We always tell the desk clerk, when we check in, that we want housekeeping every day. Housekeeping usually comes the first morning of our stay. After that, it’s a crap shoot. During this most recent stay, on our second morning, we went to the front desk around 9:00am and asked for housekeeping as early as possible as we had a wake to attend in the afternoon. When we returned to our room around 2:00pm to prepare to go to the wake, our room had not been cleaned and we had no clean towels. Upon calling the front desk, they had a housekeeper come up and clean our room, but we ended up being late for the wake. On our third day, housekeeping never showed up. We called the front desk at 3:00pm and asked where housekeeping was. The clerk told us they had left at 3:00 and that because we hadn’t asked for housekeeping that morning, our room hadn’t been cleaned. It was explained to the clerk that we asked for daily housekeeping when we checked in. Miraculously, they found someone to clean out room. There also seems to be a huge change in clientele at this hotel. During our previous stays, it always seemed to be a business traveler type of hotel. In our last two stays, it seems like the hotel is becoming a long term residence for homeless people. In the past, this hotel was our “go to” place. We are seriously considering trying the Courtyard across the street or another hotel in the same area. It’s too bad as this had been a pretty nice place to stay.
