Right in the University area where we are making visits. Avoiding as much traffic and confusion as possible. Capitol, LBJ, Bob Bullock and Austin Memorial Gardens. Enjoyable stay.

air conditioner was EXTREMELY LOUD. it honestly sounded like a Harley motorcycle every time it started up, when I talked to front desk about it I was told they would look into it, they didn’t. the next time I talked to them I was told that she was sorry but she couldn’t do anything. She couldn’t move me to a new room because they were full and in the same breath she told me all rooms air conditioners were that way. SO WHAT GOOD WOULD MOVING ME DO?!! i think for over $300 a night I shouldn’t have to lose sleep because of this

Loved: the hotel is conveniently located near shoppes & restaurants, free easy plentiful parking, friendly helpful staff, spacious clean room, comfortable bed, strong water pressure in shower, easy drive to UT-Austin, suite well-equipped

water in shower wasn’t hot enough even when turned to hottest setting & hotel pricing was on the high side.

The hotel is convenient to UT and downtown nightlife, staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

The lighting could be better for the vanity mirror but overall that is the only minor negative.

Breakfast hours. Not a single Day we were abre to have breakfast even though it was included because it stars way too early. And finishes.at 9am! Not even Coffee!!! Also Not a single Day they clean un our room!!

Coffee supply in room should be larger. Need to add the Golf Channel to the menu of TV channels.

The room was clean and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Having a full sized frig is especially nice!
