Rooms looked clean. Beds were comfortable.

Me and my 7 year old grandson got sick. We noticed after being there a few hours out allergies and asthma started to act up really bad. I woke up about 3 am and couldn't breathe. I went to get a breathing treatment and when I went to plug my machine in I found a plug in air freshener. That was what was making us sick. Never had I ever stayed in a hotel with a plug in air freshener! I unplugged it and went back to sleep for about a hour or 2 and when I woke up the room smelt musty and stank really bad.

My husband could not connect to the internet in the room, which was very frustrating and inconvenient

Front desk lady Bianca was absolutely amazing. Able to get me in the same room after a work situation has me staying an extra day after I’d already checked out. She was SO helpful getting me situated with parking & everything else I needed.

Nice room. Lots of doors slamming shut between 6 and 7 am. Otherwise very nice

1) Breakfast was awesome ( cup cake, scrambled eggs, waffles, coffee, flakes, milk, bagels, apples, bananas )... 2) staff people are very friendly( reacts very quickly ) 3) Location was very pleasant (slept peacefully)

1) Bathrooms are bit congested and bathroom was a walk-in type and not tub based 2) Bedsheets smells like it has chemical stains left on it 3) Bathroom water dispenses very slowly...( it took 30 mins for me to take bath).. no floor mats in the bathroom.. 4) Hotel bit pricey.... Not worth the price....

Breakfast was great, bed was comfy, very close to all of our locations, free parking, and quiet. Personally I also felt safe!

in our room we had a walk in shower rather than bathtub, okay for adults but not families with kiddos
