I am happy there was a microwave and fridge. staff was friendly.
Some children on the floor were knocking on room doors in the middle of the night. the bathroom walls and room carpet had stains.

Room was clean and quiet. Checkin was simple. Breakfast was good, sausage, eggs, waffles, bagels, cereal, coffee, and juice.
Hotel is not in the best section of town but we had no problems.

The staff was friendly and it was in a convenient location.
The room was clean but it had a musty odor to it. When we entered the room they had the window open as if to air it out.

Housekeeping took our dirty towels but failed to give us clean so I had to get them from the front desk. Only one desk clerk was genuinely friendly
The location wasn't a GREAT location. Couldn't walk anywhere. Neighborhood had individuals carrying weapons visible to the eye in gas station.

The shower head was average and leaked bad.room 403 by the way. You could hear your neighbors plain as day also

Room was clean, too early for breakfast, left at 5:25 am
On reaching the hotel at about 6:20 PM on 1/5/23, we asked the staff person to check us in. She had ear plugs in the ears and was talking on the phone and would not even look at us. My wife told her that you are supposed to take care of the customers first. She just looked at us and said I am not on the phone, but she was. After checking us in she threw the room keys at me, and when I told her is this the way to treat customers, she did not care. Besides providing us good hotel and room, wonder if Booking.com considers staff and their behaviour.
