Gary provided ample selection for everyone from cereal to a hot bar.

The stay was fabulous. Really no complaints.

it was cute and a rustic feel like I was hoping for.

parking wasn’t easily located at first but I was able to figure out with the help from the host.

They were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be staying there again next time we're in town.

Everything!!! Our room was cozy… off street parking close by restaurants.. And breakfast was exceptional!! Gary is extremely engaging and a wonderful host!!

It was quite clear that the owner and the staff put their heart and soul into the B&B in an effort to make guests welcome. The cherry on the top was the kindness of Danny and others making us feel at home.

The owner is very polite, attentive and very interesting to talk with. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The fresh baked cookies are amazing, as is the breakfast spread. I highly recommend a stay.

Fantastic spot that lives up to every standard. This BnB finds success with offering the classic look without losing the modern conveniences. A great, relaxing atmosphere that is warming and inviting.

Fabulous historic building within walking distance of downtown Indianapolis. Danny was extremely helpful and shared the history of the house with me when I checked in! There were snacks and drink available, which was a nice touch. The room was great, and the breakfast fabulous! I was there for a football game, and I was able to leave my car there until after the game!

There were no negative’s really. One thing not everyone would like- Breakfast is on a shared table - but personally I like that as you get to talk to other guests.
