Our room was so clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly
I wasn’t aware of the parking lot fee. It was an unexpected charge for me.

It looked nice
Took them 20 minutes for them to open the door for check in. In the morning we had no water until 4pm, without a notice that there wouldn’t be any.

Comforting rooms, good location
Renovations taking place during our stay were a bit messy. 2 of the mornings the breakfast was a little skimpy as they apparently don’t put out the biscuits and gravy when they have teams staying!

Totally fine for what it was
Overnight manager was away from desk for a while, and we couldn't get in, and no one answered the door phone, so we were pretty nervous for a good few minutes.

The following were very kind, professional, down to earth - maintenance man, house keeping, counter and breakfast employees. our room and pool nice fresh and clean. we enjoyed the entire stay all Holiday Inn express and suites we have stayed in are always the same. this is why we continue to stay any where we go. there is not one bad thing I would say about this place.

the location was great. the property wonderful, clean and beautiful decor
Saturday breakfast was a disappointment when we asked the attendant at 8:30 if she could refill food items and coffee, she ignored us and other peoples request and hid in the admin office. on Sunday and Monday a different attendant was checking and refilling items as needed. one of the main reasons I and 3 other family members book with you was the offer of breakfast. Your housekeepers were super polite and greeted us each time they saw us
