Location was great. The staff was friendly and help with your needs. The beds and pillows was very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. They served a on the go bag of food and had cookies out everyday. Very warm and friendly place would stay again.

I wish the pool wasn't ice cold! There was no way to enjoy it! The one thing we were looking forward

Room was locked. They had to call someone to break in because the batteries were dead. Sat in the hallway for 30+minutes. Was never offered another room or anything. Keys kept failing to unlock door and we had to continuously go down to get it redone pool was freezing cold guest kept coming down to swim and couldn't . Chose this place for indoor pools. Very dissatisfied

I didn't like the smoking of marijuana in your facility. It was in the hallway and elevators. I asked to be moved to another room. And you obliged but beneath that is an engine or pump.

I was charged a $75 pet fee that I was NEVER informed of. My mom has a small emotional support dog, and I notified them at check-in. I wasn't informed of any pet fee and didn't find out until I got home and checked my bank statement. She never asked for any paperwork to verify, either.

The breakfast was amazing and I felt very welcomed and comfortable just walking in the door!

Our reservation was changed from the room we booked. Staff said the rooms were sold out for the 2 night stay I booked a month ahead of time. The room was noisy we couldn’t sleep. the pool was closed for renovations that was lit stayed online.

The hotel was very clean, and we were pleased with the comfort was of the beds. This hotel was also very quiet and away from the busy life of New Orleans.

The swimming pool was under construction, the back door lock in key didn’t work. We had to walk around the building a few times. The shower water pressure was not good. Kinda had to jump around for a good shower.

Room was excellent. Customer service exceeded my expectations...

The breakfast was amazing, the space in the room was much needed with 3 kids and the location was 5-6 mins from my n-laws. The staff members were very attentive and welcoming.

By me having 3 kids and I love baths myself I didn't have a tub stopper so I had to use a rag to plug up the tub. It worked of course but we should have the option for all tubs. The bed was uncomfortable to where I kept waking up but I made it work while we was there. Improve the tub and the bed and this place would be a 10 out of 10 for me.
