That we had a room a comfortable bed.
No special breakfast offer, Could not have food in room so couldn't bring leftovers from restaurant. My husband could not take a shower because it was not safe for a disabled person

Great location. So many places with in walking distance. Clean, comfortable, & well decorated hotel. Free on-site parking was great.

Ease of reaching the convention center was nice. Liked being able to adjust the temperature in our room easily. Appreciated a place to keep our water cool. Parking was good.
For the price we paid, things seemed a bit chintzy. Only 1 coffee each, 1 bottle of water, 1 luggage rack. We had problems getting hot water for our morning shower. That was unacceptable.

The bath tub filled with water up to my ankles when showering.
Bathroom grout could have been cleaner.

AC in room didn’t work properly. contacted ftt Ru ont desk very professional tech replaced thermostat but still didn’t work properly was warm in room with hot conditions

Two beds and one my husband pulled back comforter, sheets were all wrinkly like someone had slept in it. This bed was so squeaky, each time he turned over or moved. It was loud. Hotel was booked due to graduation. 8:30am no decaf at breakfast bar across from check in desk. Crosswalk to arena was conveniently closed off on graduation day therefore we all had to walk across parking lot in the pouring rain.

The hotel is old and needs an upgrade. Photos were misleading. Expensive in comparison.
