thins walls, was able to hear kids running up n down the hallway and crying in the rooms.

The location was perfect for my needs. The room was clean, as was the entire building. Staff was super friendly. I liked having an on-site laundry facility too.

Through no fault of their own, the street side rooms are LOUD. West End seems to be the drag strip of Nashville. Bring earplugs just in case. Bed was a little soft for me but might work for others. The wallpaper in my room was peeling in several places, and the electric shades on the upper windows didn't work, so the room got bright, early. On Friday evening, after a very long, hard day, I wanted a glass of wine, and the bartender was MIA. After about a 10 minute wait, I left.

The bathroom door to shower had no handle and the water came out of the shower slow. The doors slammed shut when you open the door to your room.

The property is clean and in a great location to things

The television in my room was terrible it kept going out remand loosing the picture every 15 seconds like the reception was bad. I couldn’t watch a show, news anything without missing something because it wouldn’t stay on. Woke up the next day to get ready to shower and the room had no hot water 1 1/2 hour prior to check out which cause me to have to rush to meet the moon check-out time once the water issue was fixed.

housekeeping was nonexistent until we complained and then it was bad

The front desk staff were very nice, all 3 shifts greeted you as you went by , and answered any question we had .
