I loved the location. The staff was nice.

It said that they had renovated which wasn't true. The beds were regular size beds instead of double beds. Very uncomfortable for 2 people. I reserved 2 rooms for 3 days my daughter's room was awful water on floor restroom in bad shape. She cancelled her room after first night and went to another hotel. The room was cold so we asked for blankets they brought us blankets that had an odor .

What I didn't like about this place is nasty crash all in the corners houses nasty with stains and the TV channels barely worked I'm really disappointed but hey I'll leave...😡 Then I didn't feel safe because my door couldn't lock all the way man the Red roof inn in Dallas Texas was good but this one here downtown Jackson Mississippi come on y'all got to do better than that and bath lady spend my money wasn't real 🤔🤔🤔🗣️😡 I really had a messed up stay and couldn't change my room

the office was very dirty and staff did not greet or speak with professionalism. it was people hanging around outside our door. It was only one dirty towel in the room. the tub was not cleaned. we had to sleep on top the dirty blanket that was on our bed. the sheets was also dingy and stained.

DON’T STAY HERE!!! It was horrible.

Everything!!! Changed rooms twice, finally the 3rd room surficed. First two rooms were dirty, a/c’s didn’t work & the refrigerators didn’t either! The room we finally stayed in the floor was dirty. It was late we were exhausted so we roughed it out. Would not stay here again or recommend anyone else to. Place needs new linens - stained, holes - possible burn marks. They have done the bare minimum to stay open. Need to replace refrigerators for sure! Possibly a/c’s too!

Stained pillow cases. Toilet was dirty as hell. Open sockets. TV didn't work. But you get what you pay for. So yeah..
