Carpet smells so bad .

Location, provided fan when needed
Charged me a higher, different price then what was agreed upon when booking through booking.com
Showed front desk attendant the email with price from booking.com and she wouldn't adjust the rate. Talked to the man at the desk when checked out and he wouldn't adjust the rate neither. Felt like I got ripped off. Wouldn't allow me to cancel the stay and go somewhere else. I wouldn't have paid as much as they actually charged. They would not honor the price on booking.com

The rooms themselves are fairly nice considering a budget hotel. The room's quality was equivalent to a mid-level hotel!
It is a little rundown. A lot of its extras need updating, such as the pool area, the outside of the facility & the ability to walk through the entire hotel without having to go through the pool to get around. I also HATED the smell of Marijuana in the hallways.

We were on main floor
How they charged us about 15.00 more after we were told and was confirmed a price and they said it was hotel fees which the guy said for WiFi and pool

Bathroom was dirty. Room was smaller than expected.
and did not smell clean. Only way to get to lobby was through the pool area or walk all the way around outside.

Staff very friendly and willing to accommodate.bed very comfortable. Enough pillows on each bed.
Pool was not filtered well. Other people's hair was in it. Also not so clear.
Outside of building was unkept.

It would be good to have more gluten free choices. There wasn't much that I was able to eat for breakfast.
The shower curtain didn't reach all the way to the wall and water from showering went on the floor making a big puddle.

The owners/workers made the stay very uncomfortable. Almost spying on us the whole time like we were doing something wrong.
Kept asking me how many people were staying at the hotel room.
I just couldn’t wait til morning and get out of there.

close to the pool, chlorine smell

there were only 3 towels in a room booked for 6 people. there were stains on the comforters and chair. the advertisement online said there was a hot tub which was one of the things I required in my search, but there was no hot tub. when I booked the room the Booking.com website said the cost would be $117 and when I got the emailed confirmation, at the very bottom of the email it said the cost would be $197. this hotel is very aged and was surely not good enough for that price.

My debit card got charged 3 times. With no refund. They avoided me and my questions gave me a receipt telling me how much was owed back never received it.anager was supposed to call me back to settle it and they never did. Incompetent staff and not very helpful at all.
