The location was excellent, as well as staff. Beds were super comfortable and shower hot and great. wished there was a exhaust fan in bathroom though. Only annoyance was a car wash horn across the street that went off whenever it was running, nothing that the staff or anyone could do about this though understandably.

I honestly had no complaints. Pretty much what I expected and wanted for a mom and pop motel in the Dells

Mike and Myla were so kind and helpful. You could see they really cared. The place was very clean. I felt safe on the premises. They offered discount tickets to attractions. The shower was a great temperature. The bed was clean and comfy. A/C was cold. It was a great affordable place close to the train station, close walking distance to the main strip, close to a market and food and attractions. I recommend this to the person looking for affordability and wants to be within walking distance of places. I would definitely return.

I would like the outlets to be updated. One of the outlets kept pushing my surge protector out. I also would like the door locks to be updated. I would feel more secure with better locks.

Room was very outdated and smelled musty. VERY dirty behind the fridge.

No breakfast provided. Location was near downtown so it was close to various attractions. Cashews and protein drink available in office was greatly appreciated. Lots of brochures of WI Dells activities was nice to see.

Cable TV would have been nice to watch baseball. Small bathroom. Staff wasn't at all friendly.

Very cheap. I got what I paid for. Little mold on the shower curtain other then that clean. Outdated and not the most comfortable. Again I didn't expect much for the price
