It was clean and comfortable. Was in a safe location and short walk to downtown.

There wasn’t anything that we had a problem with.

Never saw any office staff. The condo had 1 kitchen garbage bag and 1 open TP in the master. I had to go to the store and buy things even a motel supplies. The condo had no fan in living room, was very stuffy. Bedroom fan wouldn't go more than med speed. Was warm feeling in condo.

Beautiful condo. Everything was in tip top shape and everything worked. The carpet was stained but understandable. We parked our car and avoided heavy traffic and walked everywhere! We are 70 years old but plenty of places to sit down if needed.

Great spot right off the main strip in Gatlinburg, check in is a bit confusing because I got a set of emails and my wife got a different set of emails, I had the elevator code and she had the door code. I’d also throw in some guess passes in the room, we got in at night and had friends stop by and had to worry about them getting towed. Overall it’s a great spot and everything was amazing even the fact that our friends kid left his phone in the room and even after we checked out they let my buddy who wasn’t staying there go and get it from the room. We will be booking here again been to Gatlinburg a few times and this is one of the best spots to stay in.

Nicely decorated, roomy, well equipped and comfortable. Very clean.

Could use throw blankets, makeup mirrors, and a tea kettle. Not their fault but trash picks up daily at 3am right outside the window. So really minimal things to dislike.

Location was perfect! Would stay again.

Our condo needs a new knife set, some had rust/discoloration. Salt and pepper would be nice too!

Would of liked a recliner

Very nice location centrally located. Ample safe parking. We walked everywhere downtown the only time we took the car out was to go to the national park and use the hiking trails.

It was very nice having a kitchen, however, the coffee cups and some dishes were not clean. We did run the dishes through the dishwasher..

The location was wonderful. Getting in and leaving was so easy. The unit exceeded our expectations. We loved the fireplace.

The carpet really needs cleaning. I would have liked a couple of filters for the coffee maker. We couldn’t get the Keurig to work.

Upon arrival NO hot water. Had to argue with on site manager to get moved after almost 4 hours without water. Got moved, new condo had no A/C. Slept in 75° unit. Wasted second day waiting and arguing with Kara on sit manager to get it fixed. She offered no refund or apology for our lost vacation time. She was very unprofessional and ruined our vacation.

It’s close to downtown

Lots of noise in the master bedroom.. I woke up many times because of the noise 2 room bathroom, curtain shower was dirty. It smell dirty

Very clean and spacious. Great location. Very nice staff. Easy check in and check out. Felt secured with the elevator and room doors locked with a pin number.

Light switches control the wall outlets. Very difficult trying to figure out the right combinations of light switches to have on and off. If you turn the master bedroom light off, then you just turned the wall outlets on either side of the master bed off and no pull chain for the ceiling lights. The hot water didn't last to fill up the tub 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed. They replaced the thermostat but it still didn't work correctly. Maybe we didn't have the right light switches flipped on.

master bathroom shower leaked onto the floor - handicap shower do shower curtain was the issue.

Location was perfect. Within walking distance to Main Street. Nice and roomy. Plenty of room for 2 families. Beds comfortable. Clean. Just as pictured.

This condo was cozy, clean, and spacious! The location was excellent - perfect walking distance to town. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was great! Close to the main street and all the activities I was interested in visiting! The layout of the condo was beautiful.

Condo could have been cleaned better. The sinks in the master drained very slow. Instructions for the Trolley system should be included.

It was confusing at first to enter property. No one readily available at the front desk to answer questions which made it difficult as well

Dishwasher rack was troublesome. Also Need to correct check in email correspondence and instructions....there is no gate. Gate code meant elevator code.

The location to downtown was within walking distance. Easy access to the National Park was a big plus. Access to grocery store was very close. Delivery service from food vendors. The layout of the condo was great. Large Livingroom, balcony, size of kitchen and dining table met our needs and expectations. This was our second stay at Baskins Creek and will not be our last. Planning for 2024.

Did not have extra blankets.

We liked the decor of the condo and proximity to Gatlinburg activities. Also was very quiet and serene.

Only complaint was the kitchen cookware was not sufficient.
