Close to Cal Poly Pomona. It has a view, a pool and hot tub. Good AC. Comfortable beds.
Loud traffic from surrounding freeways. Staff was not particularly welcoming. Breakfast was basic.

rooms were comfortable and wifi worked well since I was on business.
check out was not flexible, wanted to stay an extra night, she quoted me one thing and when I called back to confirm, she gave me another higher quote, then changed it to even higher -- all within less than 10 minutes.

Location in price were both good. Check in and check out were efficient. Bed was pretty good.
This property needs a maintenance man! The sink faucet was loose, among other small issues,  such as lightbulbs burned out. None were a dealbreaker, but it is clear that the property is not well cared for.

I could not lock the glass door, it was broken, thus I thought for safety's sake it was not good.

mattress has stains all over it. other people staying had a dog that barked non stop all day and night. dog was loose around the pool area.

It was clean and well maintained.
WIFI was down for the entire duration of my stay (2 day/1 night). We called front desk 3x as I had some work to complete. Ended up having to use my phone as a hotspot for my laptop.
