Location and price. It's pretty cheap to stay there in January and we just wanted a room with a jacuzzi tub that was close to old mission so it worked.

Out dated. Could use some good cleaning and painting. The light didn't work on ceiling and we had to move go another room because the jacuzzi tub didn't work.

The room was a decent size and very clean. Loved the view of the bay!

The jacuzzi tub would not stay plugged. One bump of the plug, and it started draining.

Can't wait to come in the summer time.

We liked the sz. Of the room and the tub. Bed was comfortable.

Would have been nice to know before hand about having to leave a $100 cash deposit. Also front desk lady accepted my payment of cash for room and deposit. After we got to our room (bout 20 mins.) She called room and said I needed to come back down to desk. She said she would have to give me my cash back and I would have to pay for room with a credit card. I told her I did not have a cc to pay with. She told me it would not let her enter the cash in the system because I booked through booking.com. I told her cash is cash and her system wasn't my problem. She then said "it's ok I think I got it" . I just feel that she did not know what she was doing. Very unprofessional she was though. The only other thing was bathroom floor was gross! It had long dark hairs all over it.

It was right next to the water and was very comfortable and the rooms were great for the for the price! Lots of space and very cozy.

We stayed on a weekend that it snowed a lot and the parking lot was not plowed at all which made it difficult with our car.

very clean. The balcony was cleaned of bugs and spider webs. The old style hotel key was quaint.
