La ubicación y servicio es excelente!

Nuestra habitación estaba muy chiquita, sin embargo la ubicación lo vale!

Além da excelente localização, no hotel fomos recepcionados por excelentes pessoas e profissionais. Na chegada, muito bem recebido pelo Sr. LEO e em seguida, pelo Sr. PEDRO que nos deu toda as orientações, informações e não deixou faltar nada para esse casal desde do primeiro dia até o último dia a nossa saída nos levando até o taxi. Obrigado PEDRO, vamos voltar, hein!!!

Die Lage vom Hotel ist super, direkt am Riverwalk.

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel hatte ich etwas mehr Freundlichkeit erwartet. Es gibt keinen Safe, keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer (es war auch nicht möglich einen Wasserkocher zu besorgen). Die Zimmerreinigung kommt nicht automatisch, sondern muss bis 10.30 Uhr morgens bestellt werden. Die Zimmer wirken sehr dunkel, da es nur ein schmales kleines Fenster gibt (hatte das Standard Zimmer mit River View).

Las vistas son las mejores de la ciudad. Espectaculares. No lo solicitamos y tuvimos la oportunidad de ver chicago desde lo alto en nuestra ventana, y eso que solo estábamos en el piso 15.

Leider sind die Zimmer etwas klein, Roomservice bei uns (4 Nächte) nur auf Anfrage.

Beautiful hotel, room, view of the river and city. The staff upgraded me to a river view room as I was celebrating my 23 birthday. They also gave me a birthday card signed by the staff and they were amazing. Highly recommended!

In close proximity to everything. It’s right on the river which was perfect as we were there for the St. Patrick’s day dying the river green celebration.

Booked a suite with kitchenette but they overbooked and put us in a very small room but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. We received a river view and they moved a microwave and mini fridge in the room and we received money back.

Super zentrale Lage am Chicago River. Die Mitarbeitet:innen an der Rezeption waren super freundlich. Für einen Städtetrip bei gutem Wetter hat das Zimmer gut gepasst. Wenn man sich länger im Zimmer aufhält, ist etwas klein.

Staff instruction, and when we requested the rent to be cleaned, nobody turned up

customer service was the best … very conscientious about our comfort and our needs; bed very comfortable

rooms were small but it’s older and they’ve done amazing with what they have; wished we had a view of the river, but arrived after 11pm due to our flight & it was sold out

Great location. Right along the river in the middle of The Loop and around the corner from Magnificent Mile. Easy to pop out and pop back if you're between the many activities available in the area (I spent a lot of time going in and out between bookings and appointments in the city). Room was very comfortable and a decent size. WiFi a tad patchy but it rarely caused any issues. I had a slight issue with noise in the hallway from people going in and out of the rooms nearby, but I'd put that down to ignorant guests rather than the hotel itself. Staff were lovely and always eager to help with queries regardless of their nature. Vouchers were given on arrival for businesses/bars nearby which was a lovely touch. Absolutely no complaints about my stay and would definitely come back again.

Its in a wonderful location with great access. We got a room with a view of the river and it was really nice. There were coffee and water bottles everywhere and staff were really kind and considerate.
