Cable TV did not work

They were remodeling and our room had a few things that were fixed when we told management. We had rain come in around the window and told management which he said it would be fixed. Need to have Kleenex in the room. No Coffee maker which would increase sales. Only one waste basket need one on bathroom. This should be shared with management.

Other than what is showing above entrance to door is hard . Have to walk up 3 steps to get to door on the first floor

It was around fast food places and convenient stores

Our room smelled like weed i think they could have put us in a better room let the room air out

They were remodeling and the parking lot and staircases were full of boxes and trailers of trash. Room was pretty dirty and very worn down

It was close to Winstar and pet friendly.

They knocked on our door every morning b4 8:00 am..

noises, nasty, smells, and was over charged $126.49.

The sheets/bedding appeared clean. The bed was comfortable.

The room was extremely dirty especially the bathroom. The tub faucet very hard to adjust. The entire hotel is in need of a major update.... Paint/cleaning/fixtures.

It was close to the highway.

Dirty shower tiles, creaked and broken flooring, overall poor condition and not as clean as a hotel should be. Thin walls and activity all night outside and in adjoining rooms.

Location and price.

The bathroom was not completely clean. The water in the bathroom drained slowly. The room I originally booked was not available due to, "rain damage." But the desk worker slipped and stated it was given to someone else prior to our arrival.

First room some things broken, but, we got another room with no problem, thank you for that

No milk for the cereal

The bed was fresh and comfortable.

Bathroom door hung on floor and was difficult to open or close. The bathroom faucet did not work properly.

Nothing The rooms we’re filthy. The breakfast was disgusting. That place should be bulldozed to the ground.

The floors were so dirty, my feet were black from walking to the shower. The restroom was furnished with stained towels. I was afraid to sleep in the beds. Continental breakfast was worse. Juice machine and pancake mix were watered down. So disgusting.

It was clean and close to location. Decent for the price.
