Outside of rooms needed sprucing up (sweeping, etc).

This property is probably really nice and had great reviews but we weren’t even able to stay there. We tried to check in on 2 separate occasions that day and no one was at the property to help us. They provided 2 phone numbers and no one answered either. We tried messaging them through the booking app and still no answer. I finally had to call Booking customer support and they were unable to contact management at the hotel as well. After 2 hours of trying to figure it out Booking had to give us a refund because no one is as at the Inn. This situation is unacceptable for a hotel. Booking was amazing through the experience but never waste your time or money at this place.

Location

The whole bottom floor was being renovated due to flooding, all boarded up, key was placed on dresser, no one was available, desk was closed and boarded up due to flood. A note with my full name taped outside to plywood with room number stating key was on dresser. Very disappointed, glad I didn't take my dog with me.

Location was great; loved the kitchen.

I couldn’t get the WiFi to work—the stated login info was never an option. The office was closed due to flooding, and with my phone also not working, I had no way of contacting anybody to check on the internet.

we booked 2 rooms, when we got there we were presented with a note that our room was ready. We reserved 2 and presented 1. No one on premises. We didn’t stay. We booked 2 rooms at Marriott.

Everything!! We stay here every year. Great rooms. Very clean.

The room was clean and quiet. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The flies in my room were annoying; I killed 3 and then there were more. No continental breakfast for the guest. The telephone in the room didn't work.
