The breakfast was really good - many options to choose from from savory, sweet, fresh fruits. You can have your breakfast outside, which was cool. The pool is nice as well. The king bed was very comfy, but the pullout sofa was a disaster. Room was spacious, shower was nice.

The room looked clean but there was this weird smell - like dampness/mildew. Water was leaking on the floor in the bathroom. The pullout sofa was not comfortable at all, you could feel the springs sticking and it wasn't even adults sleeping on it but small kids. Additional cost for parking.

The breakfast selection was very good, once we were moved into another room after we complained about the noise and cleanliness of the first room the second room we were moved to facing the pool was a lot quieter and more spacious

Very poor communication from hotel staff, I contacted the hotel several times asking when my deposit would be released and it took them ages to respond and a month for our deposit to be returned. We also got charged for a random payment after we checked out and when I queried it they said they couldn’t see any additional charges to my room and didn’t look into it further. I requested a quiet room before our stay and the staff gave us a room by the metro station and a very noisy industrial building saying it was the quiet room! The room was also not very clean and we woke up itching. When I requested to move rooms the hotel receptionist said they were fully booked and wouldn’t be able to get us a room in a quiet area in the inside of the hotel but would try find us another room. As we were going out on a day trip returning late in the evening the hotel receptionist said to leave our suitcases in the room and that the staff would move them. When we returned to the hotel late in the evening we were able to get a room in the inside of the hotel but the staff left our bags in the previous room which we had no access to so we had to ask them to allow us access to the room to get our bags. The hotel receptionist clearly didn’t tell the staff our bags were in the room so we ended up having to move heavy suitcases over 3 flights of stairs late at night. The service is not what we expect of Hyatt hotels.

The room was quiet and comfortable, we changed our room location, so it wasn't near the train station. The breakfast was sufficient and enough to get you going for the day. The laundry was a bonus. Close to supermarkets, shops and freeways to get you on your way.

A few more kitchen pans etc would've have been good to cook with. For the room price one would think that the parking should be free instead of the $20 USD per day, as there was ample space.

Location of the hotel is excellent. The room was nice and clean, comfortable beds. Felt like a safe neighborhood.

in my unit carpet had holes. and was not cleaned I found blood in shower which means they didn’t clean it pots and pans can not be used food sticks to them. u need to. bring your dishes n takes staff forever to answer u for help
