De ligging is direct aan de ingang van Tysons corner Mall
Alles, onvriendelijk onthaal, overduidelijk een business hotel, geen gastvrijheid en absoluut geen gezelligheid alsook veel te duur! We betaalden uiteindelijk €375 voor 1 nacht zonder ontbijt. Er is geen ontbijt buffet, ontbijten kan enkel in de sportbar à la carte, mijn dochter had 1 French toast voor 22 USD. De Tysons Mall is groot, maar ook niet gezellig... Er zijn talrijke mooie malls in de omgeving, deze heeft de sfeer van een Center Parks zwembad.

Karima at the front desk was very pleasant. Abdul at the bar was great, they both made my stay very enjoyable!

The room was clean, and the manager Annie was excellent; she was friendly, courteous and accommodating.
The staff doesn’t coordinate with each other well; when something is requested, they tend to forget to fix it. The phones in the rooms were not working and wasn’t fixed after reaching out to front desk twice; and I was very disappointed with the rude service a front desk person named Asrar provided. He is not professional and looks like he doesn’t care about any of the guests.And you shouldn’t charge any guest for water. That’s kind of ridiculous.

The room when we arrived was very smelly, I really felt sick.
The views were really disappointing, facing the car park, for $330 a night I would expect much better views

Bedsheets ripped. Ac didn’t work well. Lights did not all work especially closet light. Room was pretty dirty. I was surprised for a Hyatt. In fact I watched this hotel be built and it’s fairly new. I was surprised at the condition. I’ve stayed at almost every hotel in Tysons but never the Hyatt before. To have ripped stained bedsheets was a shock and ripped all over. It was cold outside and we set our thermostat to 65. We sweat all night.

Outdated-no slippers or cotton pads etc! One lotion and 2 bars of soap for the whole stay ( one week)

Location location location. The front desk staff are amazing. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Quiet room with beautiful view. Evening fire pits were an added bonus.
What’s not to like? It’s perfect!!!

I got sick and needed to stay past check out the woman who answered the front desk phone on Saturday (8/13) around 11:30am was rude telling me I should’ve called earlier because check out was at 11. Then I explained that I had inquired about late check out when checking in and she told me that I would only be able to stay until 12:30. After pleading she told me I could pay 50$ to stay until 2.

The bed was not comfortable. The smell of the hallways, elevators and the rooms were not good. The couches, curtains and the carpet had some stains. Stuff were not professional or maybe my family and I are not used to such services!!!

We stayed at Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center for our anniversary and it was the perfect getaway. Tysons Corner has so many fun things to do & great restaurants. After an evening on the plaza & dinner we got to stay in the most beautiful & comfortable room ever! Such a win-win & I highly recommend this place! FYI, next time we will probably buy the breakfast option they offer on the 5th floor for Hyatt members. You don't have to be a member and you can pay in advance or pay at check-in.
