The Inn and Suites was a great value. This was my second stay, there. The place was clean, most everything was working. Soaps and shampoo were of satisfactory quality, the towels were sufficiently absorbent and of good size.

The alarm clock had been unplugged when I walked into the room, and when I plugged it in it could not be reset.

It is always great staying here. The staff is always very welcoming. Rooms are clean, beds are great. Have never had a bad stay here and recommends to all we know visiting Savanna, too stay here.

There is really nothing I can say that was disliked in any way. We didn't know the shuttle didn't run come certain times of the year but that was no problem either. No complaints from this review.

The king suite was spacious and pristine. Very clean. Comfortable bed. The lobby and breakfast room was nicely decorated and clean. We visited Savanna primarily to hike a few trails in Mississippi Palisades State Park. Very short and scenic drive to the park from the hotel. It is also a half-hour, and very scenic, drive to Galena. The hotel is a very short drive to downtown Savanna and a grocery store where we bought beer and evening snacks for the room. Manny’s and New China restaurants in Savanna both had good food and friendly service.

This is a minor thing, but the coffee served in the lobby at breakfast was incredibly weak. It tasted like water. I was amazed coffee could taste this weak, actually, I don’t know how they did it! On top of that, our coffee maker in our room did not work. There is a McDonalds right next door so we stopped there for coffee before heading out for the day. So all was not lost. When we told the manager upon checking out about our broken coffeemaker, she gave us a discount for our stay, which was exceedingly kind and generous of her. Otherwise, we found the hotel and our room to be pleasant, clean, and comfortable.

Breakfast was very good although I only ate there one morning. I had biscuit with gravy, an egg omlette, and a bagel with cream cheese. All were perfect. I got orange juice both mornings. Already had planned breakfast with friends at another local breakfast location for 1 morning. The room was clean and the towels were replaced and bed made when I came back after the first day out.

There wasn't anything about the facility or staff I didn't like. Even the other guests were all completely friendly and respectful at breakfast.

Loved that they have transportation to Poopys and other bars in town!

Smelled wonderful, like fall, upon entering. The lady at the desk greeted us with a smile and had our room keys ready and waiting. Location was great and the view beautiful!

The young lady who checked us in on Friday, September 23rd around 4 pm was amazing, I can not say enough good things about her. We were a group with 6 rooms and she accommodated us extremely well. The young lady who was at the front desk on Saturday, September 24th around 6 pm was also a great help to us, we definitely appreciate her. The breakfast crew were wonderful both Saturday and Sunday, the breakfast was above expectations.

Not having an actual blanket on the bed, the duvet is not enough for us, we had to request a couple of blankets, I would suggest that even if they are not on the bed, maybe have a couple of blankets in the closet area to have as an option.

Receptionist was awesome, we were on motorcycles . Big storm with hail was coming in she invited us to keep our motorcycles under awning area.
