Everything was perfect

We rejected 2 apartments before agreeing to stay in a third. (All in different locations). First two dives were in uninhabitable conditions with spiders and spider webs, were filthy, walls and doors had holes and extreme damage, smoke detection was missing ( just the mounting plates were there), refrigerators in all three units were dirty, iced and contained hamburgers and soda. Trash on floors. The walls were moldy. No chairs for the dirty tables. Ropes hanging across the kitchen. The first unit had a front door that when closed you could see the parking lot through the gap. The batteries were hanging out of the last units door. Finally if that was not enough, there were cigarettes left on a shelf, rolling papers and marijuana shake on the dresser. The clerk told me this is normal for seaside and I should accept it.

They didn't not have what was offered. Did not sleep 10. No pool or bbq on site had to walk 7 blocks to another location for pool and bbq station. Was not cleaned on arrival had to wait 3hrs past check in time. Wifi did not work no dinning area no couch.
