Incredible views from the rooftop. Will stay there again.

Incredible Villa. The roof overlooking the Caldera was simply breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall great experience. The location is perfect as it’s centrally located between the two main towns and not so loud or busy. The location does not have an address and the map pin takes the taxi to the wrong location so it might be better to let the host arrange transportation for your arrival and then set a new map pin to the driveway for transportations during your stay. We lost water one night because some issue happened with the neighbor next door and someone woke us up banging on the door very early in the morning to tell us to move a car. That was unpleasant and scared us but no one had control of that. The terrace is huge so we used it to have dinner and stage a beautiful background to take pictures since my friend traveling with us is a professional photographer. However it is right along the Fira-Oia hike so everyone walking by peeks over without there being any form of privacy. Property is someone’s home so it doesn’t feel like something you would have with a space used solely for rentals as there are personal pictures and items in the home and it’s a bit outdated. This did not bother us, just something to note. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

Lovely villa, excellent location, outstanding views, very private and secure. Jackie was wonderful and very responsive when we had questions or requests. The 4 stars regarding accuracy of online listing is only because the site indicates "perfect for wedding ceremonies". With that said we planned to have a small dinner on the rooftop (9 people total) as we were there for our son's wedding, but were told this would not be permitted. As mentioned in previous reviews, there is a closet in the "cave bedroom", but no other place such as a dresser to put your clothes in. Actually there is a dresser but it was full of decorative dishes, etc. not being used. This works for 2 people, but we had 4. So you either have to live out of your suitcase or find room on a bookshelf to stack your clothes that you don't intend to hang in the bedroom. FYI you are unable to flush toilet paper and must dispose of your used toilet paper in the trash can in the bathroom. We understand why, but didn't know this in advance. Fortunately the maid came every day which was very nice. Also, a microwave would be useful for reheating leftovers etc. We discovered the wonderful Ilios Bakery and Market extremely close by where we went almost every day and brought home delicious leftovers. The rooftop is expansive with a great hot tub. A few more lounge chairs/chairs would be nice. There were 4 of us and only 3 lounge chairs. We would definitely stay there again!!!!

Location location. This house definitely has it. Being just on the North edge of Thira, it's a very short walk-in but just far enough out not to be caught up in the commercial foot traffic. It has a private lockable gate that allows you on to the main footpath. The rooftop deck is massive and offers spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset. From our observation it did not appear that many other homes offered both. There is the world's most incredible Bakery about a block away and we ate there at least once a day. It also had a small grocery store so we got water and other things there including some Essentials due to having lost luggage for 24 hours :-) Had a few challenges during our stay but the host responded to them very quickly and resolved them. It had daily maid service which we were unaware of so it was nice coming back from a day of sightseeing to find the bed made and Fresh Linen in the bathroom. I think the only changes we would recommend is to replace the pillows. They were not comfortable. Very large Square pillows that were super firm. Also there is no microwave which would have been very handy to heat things up quickly. We essentially ate out for every meal so this wasn't a big deal but if you stayed there with kids you may want one. Lastly the host has a lot of things stored there. Underneath the bed is completely full of stuff as well as is the lone dresser by the main bed so there wasn't room to put anything. I would recommend making some room for

Our view over the caldera was magnificent and we also saw the sunrise from the other side of rhe rooftop. The spa was wonderful.

The accommodations were perfect. The property manager was excellent. All we needed was there plus great access to food. And the views were unbelievable!

My husband and I stayed here for a week for our honeymoon. It was exactly as listed! The views from the rooftop terrace were absolutely stunning, and the location right off of the caldera path made getting everywhere super easy. Jackie was an absolute dream! She was so helpful with getting us transport services and answering the many questions we had. I would LOVE to stay here again sometime!

The villa is situated in a terrific location. We watched the sunset from the rooftop every night. The walking path is just through the locked gate and made walking to restaurants or the supermarket so easy. The few issues we had were dealt with and addressed promptly. I would highly recommend staying here!

The rooftop has one of THE best views on Santorini. It is extraordinary and will be remembered...and missed forever!

The pictures of the Villa on this site are incredible, but not until you start the day with a sunrise and end it with a sunset from the roof terrace do you understand. We came to celebrate our twins’ college graduations and found a little slice of heaven! Right on the Caldrra Trail and walking distance to many wonderful shops and restaurants, the location is perfect. We were greeted by Jackie, who is like a Ritz Carlton concierge. Incredibly knowledgeable and quick to respond on requests and recommendations. She deserves 10 stars! Our stay was perfect and we were sad to leave! Thank you, Petros and company for an unforgettable family holiday. Oh, and the hot tub was used every night to great delight!

The property is a advertised, location, lay out and photos. The real standouts were the view from terrace and the manager Jackie (not sure of spelling) who asks like hotel concierge. She booked our pick up at ferry, taxis and boat cruise. So responsive and wonderful. Also it has maid service each day not necessary but a nice touch.

Everything was perfect. Would’ve like to use the hot tub, but I guess can’t help ability to get parts.

This property is all about the view. It's stunning, and every bit as good as you hope from the photos. You do get a lot of people walking down the front, but they are lowered so don't block the view and there is no real privacy anywhere in Santorini, so this definitely didn't detract form our enjoyment. The daily maid service was a real bonus, as was the service from Jackie - who arranged a car for us. There is also a little bakery nearby that does delivery, which was brilliant. Just contact them on whatsapp. The only thing I would change is the hot tub/pool situation. The hot tub was ridiculously hot. We asked the maid to help us turn it down but we still struggled with it. It was 40 degrees - we have a hot tub in England and never set it higher than 38 degrees even in the snow! I would definitely email and ask them to set the temperature lower before your arrival. Overall the hot tub is a bit tired - all of the pillows are gone, and the cover is literally falling apart. For the cost of the place you expect something better here really. If I were them I would probably also add a little plunge pool - the roof top area is huge and it was really warm even in May, so somewhere to cool off for a dip would be most welcome. Overall though I would definitely recommend this place, and having a kitchen made a big difference to us!

We had the best experience at this cozy, clean, and authentic Greek home! The location was *chefs kiss* PERFECT. So much within walking distance, being that the spot is located right on the caldera trail. The terrace on top of the house offered one of the best views in Santorini. Jackie, one of the property managers, met us upon arrival and gave us a tour and so much helpful information about the property and the island of Santorini in general. She always responded quickly when we had a question or asked her to help us book an activity. I have no complaints and highly recommend. Thank you Pedros!

Excellent Stay in the White House. Jackie the property manager communicated with us perfectly. Prior to arrival and arranged a reasaonbly priced private car from Airport to lodging. She met us upon arrival to show the home, explain appliances, electricity, hot water etc. The rooms are open and spacious. Excellent hot tub with perfect view of sunset from OIA town where this is located. Welcome bottle of wine. Property manager Jackie was able to arrange a rental car to be delivered to us, as well as excursions on catamaran. This was an overall EXCELLENT place to stay. My only concern was the limited hot water and once wifi is spotty once you step out of the living room/kitchen. Great for large group can accommodate 6-8 easily and in comfort. We were 4 and had too much space!

Our stay in Santorini was truly amazing. From the white house stay that had more than enough room for myself and my husband, along with the incredible view of the sunset from your personal hot tub. The Villa was close to Oia town to be able to walk to the restaurants and shops. Great experience all around!

This apartment is amazing, in its location and its views. It is perfectly situated about 15 mins. walking distance from Fira, along the main walking trail that runs along the caldera ridge. There are restaurants and small markets right nearby. The views from the top terrace are absolutely outstanding; we heard other trail walkers expressing envy at our location. The apartment itself is quite comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen (although we only ate breakfasts in). The managers were extremely helpful with everything, including arranging for a car rental for us, and picking us up at the port. Everything about this apartment was impressive!

Best approached as a 1.5 bedroom 2 shower room property. The larger (king) bed is in the main room, part hidden behind a moveable screen. Directly off the main room is a windowless cave bedroom with quite a small double bed squeezed in. If the door to the windowless room is shut for privacy then there is no airflow. The only AC unit is above the front door in the main room, but underground living in itself is cooler. The bigger issue is that the only usable storage space to unpack your suitcases into is a large wardrobe in the cave bedroom. All other drawers, cupboards, trunks etc are stuffed full of what is presumed to be the owners belongings. All flat surfaces are covered by the owners various treasures gathering dust. The kitchen is compact with no microwave or sink plug. There is the tiniest dishwasher under the sink that we did not dare use. Importantly the second shower/WC is in a separate outside structure accessed along the garden path - so not ideal for windy nights. A different path leads to (a) the back gate opening directly onto the Fira-Oia hiking route (and easy access to many pricey restaurants) and (b) the piece-de-resistance an expansive roof terrace with pagoda with dining table, deck chairs, bar, sink and a hot-tub. The hot tub was too hot to use and we were unable to adjust it. The roof terrace has all-round views to both coasts but orients primarily south and west with some protection from the prevailing northerly wind. The property has recently become semi-detached with the neighbour property also having an adjacent roof terrace with a degree of mutual overlooking. There is ample car parking on the property, but a car is not essential but for the fact that the bus stop for Oia is almost a mile walk away. Going south the once an hour buses all terminate in Fira, so best to walk 25 minutes to Fira bus station to directly access the southern bus route - as connecting transfers in Fira are not properly coordinated. If you hire a car do go for a sizeable engine to climb very steep hills. Overall nice but intimate place. Great for one couple or a small family. Perhaps lacking in privacy for two couples. As our personal preference - could do with de-cluttering. Jackie as manager was very helpful and punctual and booked a great boat trip for us. Thank you.

We stayed at this villa for just a few days. The villa is great for the almost 270 degrees views from the roof with some added privacy. The roof with jacuzzi is great. You can see the sunset sitting in jacuzzi and enjoying a glass of wine. There is only one separate bedroom. The other bed is separated from the living area by a half wall. There is a porch facing the other side of the island from caldera. It 's good if it's windy up top. The villa has all the basic amenities including the kitchen. Local food store that can prepare a lot of dishes for you to take away and even deliver to you is only 200 meters away. Communication with Petros was very good. He provided a lot information about the island and helped us to rent a car from the local rental company that is very close to the villa. Overall, it was a very good stay! Thank you Petros.

We loved staying here! Petros was very responsive and detailed. We love the location! If you want to stay in the middle of the island and close to Thira then this is your place! The villa is huge! The balcony was our favorite place to watch sunset and enjoy the hot tub! Highly recommend this villa!

It was somewhat rigorous, but not extreme. The view was well worth the effort. You are buying the view. The apartment is very clean, modestly equipped, and has a rooftop view and hot tub view second to none! This place is really is meant for two people, or a couple with kids. There is only one separate bedroom and a bed in the main room curtained off by an accordion panel. The bathroom is off of the kitchen. So, there is little privacy for two couples. Definitely a thumbs up for couples!!!

My partner and I absolutely loved this property, the views were incredible and fulfilled my dream of visiting Santorini! The location was excellent with only a short walk to Fira and a lot of restaurants nearby. The hosts were extremely helpful throughout the entirety of our stay. I will definitely be returning to stay at this home again!

Amazing view, even better from the rooftop terrace! Comfortable beds and welcoming hospitality from the team. We loved the gate entrance from the terrace onto a paved path through town and across the island (if you're up for a hike!). Clean bathroom and shower felt great after long days in the hot sun. Would highly recommend.
