We have loved this site until this visit I literally sat down and cried when we entered our room. we have always been more than satisfied with the condos until this fiasco. it was filthy and holes in walls. All other times we were in great condos!

Everything, but they got us a better condo in a different location that was suffice.

THE BEDS ARE HORRIBLE! The fridge leaked. There was no ac in the one room. made it very warm with the door shut.

The apartment was amazing and everything you need for the kitchen is there the beds were so comfortable and my grandkids loved there own bathroom also the pool and hot tub was awesome we had a great vacation.

The location was wonderful. The supplies in the apartment was also a pleasant surprise.

The parking was not enough for the building. The toilet in one of the bathrooms was dirty.

The location was good. Walked to pretty much everything.

To small for 6 people. The kitchen was extremely small. Clean but a lot of visible damage to walls bathroom and not up to date. Need to get a bigger toilet in the bathroom as they are barely big enough for a child vs adult.

The location was very nice.

When we got there, the towels were on the floor in the bathroom and only 1 spare roll of tissue paper for 2 bathrooms. The chain lock on the door is broken. The fork I used broke while I was using it. The master bedroom was nice, but the extra pillows were stained and no pillow cases. There were not any extra trash bags. This is a nice place but needs a lot of updates.

I liked how both bedrooms had a bathroom instead of the master having a bathroom and then a bathroom in the hallway. I also liked how everything was to the condo. It was no more than a 3-5min walking distance.

The location was wonderful and it put us in the middle of all the tourist attractions. Got a close look at some black bears that were in the parking lot. We had an elevator that took us to our 4th floor room. Balcony view at night seeing the lights made the experience amazing. We plan to book again soon

I’ve stayed in several condos In this building and they where all wonderful but… this particular condo was so outdated, smelled very odd and the beds where so uncomfortable

Room was outdated and for the price it was not what was expected. Charged $55 per night for a cleaning fee then we didn't get new towels. There's better options for the same or less cost. The room we had desperately needs updating. Had a couple sections of the floor that were very soft and spongy. The refrigerator had an ice maker and water through the door but it didn't work.

The location was very good, within a 10-20 minute walk to the end of the Parkway.

Shower doors gone off one shower had to buy shower curtain to be able to shower beds are very old no support most of the furniture is old definitely didn’t look like pictures . Very over priced for what I paid for room

It was very clean. Showers had great pressure. Very close to town. The pool was extremely clean and the grounds keeper was really nice. He honestly made the trip better.

NEEDS NEW AIRCONDITIONER!!!!!! The air conditioning was barely working, it's was 100 plus very humid outside. We ran every fan we could find and bought another one. There is no air in the master. There is a vent behind the door but it does not put hardly any air out. Very little cooking utensils for cooking, no cooking sheets that we found, no pizza cutter. The door does not automatically lock. The cable package sucked. You cannot find a TV guide anywhere. The decor and furniture was like 30 years old. Needs updating.

Great location, Parking was a little crowded up hill so you had to park and walk up hill. Suite was stocked with what you needed, pots, pans, stove, refrigerator , towels, tissue etc.

I’m a tv person and the tv’s was not set. Had my own Roku for one of tv’s.

The beds were comfortable. There was a working ice maker in the freezer. Plenty of bath towels and washcloths. We were able to cook with all utensils available.

We were unprepared for the fact of no shampoo or conditioner or dish soap. You were given 1 dish towel and dish rag. The room was so cold when we entered it took hours to be comfortable. The elevator broke twice. Hard to push a wheelchair upstairs. More hand towels in bathrooms would be nice.

It was clean

We were supposed to get a king bed, and a queen bed. They were both full size. Both bathrooms were in bedrooms and we asked for a room with a recliner because I can't sleep laying down, and we did not receive it. We also asked for a room by the pool which we did not receive. Not to mention I was charged twice and put into the negative.

2 lamps in main bedroom didn’t work. Water heater in main bathroom. Couch stank. Batteries in TV remote didn’t work.

It was very clear and the staff was nice and it was close to very thing.

The AC did not work very good in the master bedroom.
