Room 424 was damp/must smell Noise level high- walks not insulated Parking not the greatest if diagonal spaces filled

Great location and walking distance to town for restaurants and shopping. Staff were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Room was large and comfortable-we had a balcony so was great to sit out and enjoy a bottle of wine. Scenery just amazing. Breakfast was great…everything you could want. Scramble eggs and sausage were excellent.

they did not put the breakfast out at 7. i asked the worker and they said any minute. i had to leave at 730 and there was still no breakfast. very disappointed.

Sticky floors in the bathroom. They charged an extra $10 per day .I said I have a paid receipt but that means nothing if you booked through a third party. I want that $40 back.I am 78years old and on a fixed income. This is bait and switch.

Location is close to ArtPark. Breakfast included.

Wall AC unit did not provide great temperature control due to size of room. TV was on left of bed so made it uncomfortable to watch from bed.

Very old and outdated. Room layouts were terrible use of space. A single sink with no bathroom counter space and location of outlet was dismal. There was no closet, only a cheap coat rack. There was no full length mirror. Main lobby was tired and poorly used. There was once a bar area that is now used for daily storage and very visible to guests. The 4pm checkin is way too late for most guest and they cannot accommodate early checkin requests.
