I couldn't get ahold of anyone at this location to adjust my dates of stay. I tried phone, email, and booking.com property message to no avail. I had to make a completely different reservation for the new dates. This is ridiculously horrid way to treat customers.

I like the location, the bed was amazingly comfortable and most of the staff was friendly and helpful.

I was surprised that we had no soap in the dispenser in the shower. The bathroom sink was Not clean. The TV kept GLITCHING every few seconds which made it annoyingly frustrating. The evening front desk employee was not empathetic towards my situation with the obviously overlooked restroom cleaning/restock. She needs to smile when she's checking in guests as well because she's the face of the hotel being up front like that and I did Not feel welcomed. Your selection of breakfast foods was pretty unappetizing. When I brought up to the attention of the front desk employee (same employee that doesn't smile) that the juice dispenser sprayed juice all over the place and on me when I tried to get some apple juice she treated me like I was a nuisance and I wasn't important. No apology of any kind or concern.

Quality, decor , comfort, spacious well laid out room, good bathroom, attention to details, great staff, I got a great price

The hotel was great and the staff was very friendly. Property was clean and quiet. Wish they would have had the outdoor fireplace going at night.

The breakfast was not up to par with other Home2Suite locations that I have stayed at in the past. The room was great but the lock on the pocket door for the bathroom was broken (I was the only one in there so I didn't use it). The shampoo and body wash dispensers are cheaply made and the front falls off of the when trying to pump the product out of them.
