Basic stay

Extremely noisy. The total did not agree with the Booking quote (over $90 higher). I filed a complaint. Will not stay tgere again and will be wary of using Hampton Inns in the future.

The room smelled like mildew. Ceiling paint peeling off. The carpet looked very dirty. I should know because I worked as a Maintenance Engineer for another brand. I was very disappointed with this property. What made it worst I was charged for parking. The staff were very kind to remove the charges after I mentioned how disappointed I was with the concept of paying for such.

I am a Maintenance Engineer. This is the first time I ever faced Hampton Inn that with such poor quality control. The room smelled like mildew. Paint was peeling off the ceiling around a lamp. And the rug looked like it hasn't been shampoo in over a year.

The room was very nice & my wife & I really enjoyed it.. they gum & free breakfast were on point!

The rug was a little stained & I believe it was pet friendly room

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre près de 45min avec 3 enfants en bas âge pour avoir notre chambre, dû au fait que l'hôtel n'avait pas reçu le paiement. Nous avons dû utiliser notre téléphone personnel à nos frais pour appeler le service client afin d'avoir notre chambre. La chambre prévue pour 3 personnes n'était pas faite, 1 enfant a dû dormir en plus dans la chambre 321 prévue pour 4 personnes. Le plateau avec cafetière et le seau à glaces dans la chambre 321 étaient placés dans les toilettes donc pas très hygiénique. Le jacuzzi était vraiment sale et donc inutilisable. Le personnel à la réception n'était pas à la hauteur, pas serviable. Aux regards de toutes ces difficultés rencontrées, j'aimerais recevoir 1 remboursement partiel. Bien cordialement.
